TEACHING IDEAS

I am grateful for all of the things I have accomplished as a teacher of young children, but I believe showing kindness in the classroom is one of my most favorite daily acts.

This was a sensory table I did in the Fall when I was teaching in the classroom. The kids really enjoyed hiding all of the animals in the leaves and pinecones.  All you need to do is collect fall leaves, pinecones and add some forest or other types of play animals and let the pretend play begin!

I agree with this! Young children learn through playing and exploring their environment.
